Irisity AB: Ulf Runmarker is proposed as a new board member in Irisity

Furthermore, the re-election of Lennart Svantesson as chairman of the board, Anders Långsved, Anna Ahlberg, Dorian Barak, Nils Malmros and Rom Mendel as members is proposed.

Ulf Runmarker, 64, is since long an owner in Irisity and is today the company’s largest owner through his holdings in AB Westergyllen, Förvaltnings AB Brunnen and private ownership.

Ulf has a background in the real estate industry where he ran the family’s real estate company. He has carried out several larger new building projects under his own auspices. In addition, he has invested in several smaller growth companies where he has often served on the board. Ulf is currently committed to his investments and various board assignments.

– I have great faith in Irisity’s potential. The technology is ”state of the art” and the company’s self-learning algorithms have been in use for a long time, which gives a huge competitive advantage. I am convinced that we will see a fantastic development and look forward to the opportunity to be involved and influence the company’s development, comments Ulf Runmarker.

Irisity’s nomination committee, represents approx. 22 percent of the company’s votes and consists of Ulf Runmarker (representative of AB Westergyllen, Förvaltnings AB Brunnen and own holdings) Håkan Krook, (representative of Chalmers Innovation Seed Fund AB) and Christian Andersson (representative of Hans Andersson Holding AB). The nomination committee has met on several occasions and has taken part in board evaluations and had conversations with the chairman of the board.
